Opened in 1985 Kelly Tarlton should be one of the top things to do in Auckland and there will be something to peak the interest of both the young and the old.
Located minutes from Auckland CBD, Kelly Tarlton’s Aquarium is home to marine animals from hundreds of various species, including sharks, penguins, turtles, stingrays, seahorses, tuatara and many more.
This establishment is known as the only turtle rescue centre in New Zealand.
