Corporate Entertaining without the pomp and ceremony

Help PLEASE? I'm looking at organising a corporate function for 10-12 clients next month for a sit-down dinner. Restaurant needs to be modern with great service and food - but I'd like it to be fairly casual at the same time - can anyone suggest a few venues (particularly downtown ones)?

You may want to give Clooney a go - a great booth area and good food and service. Other opties could be Kermadec at the Viaduct (one of their Tatami rooms) or maybe somewhere like Dine (but that's a bit more formal).
