I'm Italian and I thought the 1987 world cup was a terrible disgrace, Italy must have been food poisoned.
Americas Cup was a great event!

Hands down, without a doubt, the most epic an unforgettable evening ever witnessed by citizens in auckland was the evening that north harbour beat canterbury to gain for the first time, the mighty log o' wood, the Ranfurly Shield.
The night started with the game early sunday evening and things accelerated quickly. Ill spare you the details but it included a trip to the airport, a roadsign, a bar, the team bus, and a set of stairs. The morning after the night before was intense but history was made. 24-17, AND the greatest night of our young lives. A workmates son was born that evening which is only a sign of fate. How he was never named rua, ranfurly, rugby or wood ill never know.
Never to be forgotten..
