A good solid action flick with some nice shots of Singapore. Lots of fun to watch.
The story is nothing special but for something based on a video game it's not too bad - scientist who invented a way to create superhuman agents is a highly sought man and his daughter may be the key to his whereabouts. Conflicting parties try to get involved - so car chases, fights and mass shootings ensue.
On the acting, Rupert Friend is definitely worth a mention. He is great in parts like this - very still with a lurking conscience behind blue eyes. Thanks, Homeland casting people, for finding this ambiguity in him or he would have been stuck in costume dramas forever.
Recommended if you feel like a non-complicated action film.
