An amusing take on old Hollywood- 'Tinsel Town' days. Following the life of an old school movie studio mongol trying to keep his studio out of the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. The cast includes various big names playing characters you wouldn't expect. My personal favourite was Channing Tatum's very camp character, as well as Tilda Swinton's delivery of two hilariously intense entertainment reporters.

It's lighthearted and easy to watch though the actual plot-line of the movie is somewhat lacking. I recommend it
as an easy to watch movie if you are keen for a bit of a laugh.

Amusing light film about the golden age of the movie industry in Hollywood - a world of sweet looking yet coarse sounding starlets, indulgent womanising heartthrobs, tough as nails producers, simple minded but physically gifted actors and psychotic gossip reporters.
Interesting to watch but in my opinion failed to deliver the goods. Unless that was the point? Lots of films of that period lacked substance behind the story.
