Sorry folks - can't agree with you lot I'm afraid. Watched Edge of Darkness last night on DVD and thought it was one of the worst movies I'd seen in such a long time.
Acting was hollow, storyline far fetched and the worse bit about the Edge of Darkness was the quality of the filming - it was like they'd just made do with an 80's soft porn film crew...utterly dire I'm afraid.

I will always go to see a Mel Gibson movie no matter what the reviews are. Love Mel Gibson so enjoyed this thriller.

Agree with your reviewer here - I think the Edge of Darkness is Mel Gibson's best movie for quite some time. - let's hope it's the shape of things to come.
