Black Swan is really dark/sad but well recommended - certainly not what I was expecting.
Beautifully directed, intense psychological thriller, with a great performance by Natalie Portman. Vincent Cassell was as full of French style as ever - he rocks!
It is petty that because of the sexual content in the film young dancers cannot get to see this film. A great insight into the ballet dancing world and the pain and rigours involved. Well worth seeing for the amazing performance by Miss Portman.
Highly engrossing psychological thriller that doesn't treat it's audience like they're brainless, Black Swan is one film that leaves you wanting more. It's scary, sad and sexy all at once and yet still seems to have you replaying every scene hours after you've left the cinema.
