This is a lovely restaurant overlooking the ferry area of Downtown Auckland. I went with my wife for our fifth wedding anniversary. I was warned that Harbourside Seafood Bar & Grill Restaurant was expensive, but at $30 a meal it was not too daunting. The staff were very pleasant and also very helpful. I am coeliac (allergic to gluten), and I did not have to explain what that meant to the waiting staff, she automatically told me what I could and could not eat on the menu, and then helped me choose appropriate wines. All in all, it was an excellent night with great food and drink in a lovely setting.
